We can help you improve your strength, endurance, speed and efficiency in your chosen sport or regular gym routines.
Opting for an accredited Exercise Physiologist, like Fundamentals, offers distinct advantages over a Personal Trainer (PT). You benefit from the expertise of degree-qualified healthcare professionals with advanced knowledge in exercise science, human biomechanics, and the body's response to exercise and physical activity. That means safe and effective strength and conditioning training methods, and optimal results.

Ready to unlock your potential? This is where we tailor a personalised program to help navigate you towards your goals! -
Every body is unique, and your exercise sessions should be too. We design 1:1 clinical exercise sessions tailored precisely to your goals and fitness level. In every session, we break down exercise technique to ensure safe movement, gradually increasing intensity. Our focus is on observing and refining your movements, empowering you to progress independently and safely over time.
Whether you're recovering from a specific injury or seeking overall improvements, we've got you covered. We can target individual body areas for rehabilitation, or concentrate on whole muscle groups to alleviate pain, enhance flexibility, balance, strength, aerobic capacity, or weight-bearing capacity. Your exercise session is entirely unique to you and will be progressed over time as your ability improves.
Sessions are either 30 minutes or 45 minutes.

Ready to transition to independent training while still benefiting from expert guidance? Online training might be a great option for you.
We'll create a program tailored specifically to your goals, whether you're aiming to "go back to basics" or conquer a competition goal.
This is not your typical "set and forget" online coaching. Regular check-ins with your Exercise Physiologist are key to identifying exercises needing more focus, or to progress, regress or modify movement to ensure it is being performed correctly.
Your custom exercise programs are easy to access on your phone through the Trainerize app, allowing you to conveniently track your progress. The data and any specific comments you want to make are shared with your Exercise Physiologist, enabling them to monitor your progress, and update your program accordingly.
Ongoing online support and guidance is provided together with intermittent face-to-face check-ins to ensure your technique remains on point and your goals are being met.
